Join us for our Artisan & Entrepreneur Show! A table-top trade show for Powell River business owners who are looking for a venue to showcase their products and/or services to a large audience.

The Fall A&E takes place Saturday, November 2 from 10 am-3 pm at the Powell River Royal Canadian Legion

Would you like to be a vendor? Tables are $35 for members and $45 for non-members!

Spaces are 6 feet (wide) x 3 feet (deep). Tables are 6 feet x 2 feet.

2024 Artisan & Entrepreneurial Show

A Tabletop trade show for Powell River/qathet business owners to showcase their products and services.

Rules and Regulations

Do not park your vehicle inside the Legion’s parking lot except to load and unload. After unloading, please move your vehicle off site so the parking spaces may be used by customers.

Exhibitors are encouraged to donate an item or gift certificate to be drawn as a door prize. Please bring your donation to the CWiB table.

Set up time begins at 8 am on Saturday. Must be set up by 9:30 any unclaimed tables will be forfeited and removed. No refunds are available.

The show ends at 3. Absolutely NO early packing up!

Poster putty may be used on the walls. Absolutely no tape or tacks.

Due to limited space, we ask that you have no more than 2 people working at your table.

The aisles must be kept clear. You are provided with a 6’ or 8’ table/space, as per your registration. And 1 chair. Black table coverings are being provided.

 There is very limited space behind the tables, therefore anything that is not on your table must be stored under your table.
