Cynthia has over 25 years experience in Corporate Strategy and Business Coaching. She is the Founder of Beyond the Story Coaching, Japa International - a capital management firm, and Royal Exhibitions. She has extensive work in foreign and international trading, policy development in the agricultural industry, and has worked for several years with the BC Government as the Regional Manager for Environment and Climate Change Canada.
