Brief description of your work or business : Our store is consignment with some new retail items as well. We sell women’s clothing, shoes/ boots and accessories. We do customer appreciation draws every 4 months with some amazing giveaways. We also have frequent shopper’s cards where you get a $20 discount after a certain amount of purchases ( you get extra stamps with purchases over $100. We truly understand that we would not be in business without your support by shopping local. Many thank yous to you all

What brought you to Powell River?: My husband found employment here in 2010. I personally lived in Gibsons for 16 years before that— my hubby even longer. We love it here!

When you're not working, how do you like to spend your time?: When I have time, I love to garden. I also travel to see my daughters a few times a year

What’s the first career you dreamed of having as a kid? : Honestly, I’ve always loved fashion. It would’ve been fun to be a designer. I used to dream about creating design, but never went so far as putting my ideas to paper.

What's one thing about you that surprises people?: My ancestral family lines are interesting. Also, I can be very shy in large gatherings. I will never be a public speaker

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?: Just do your best & That’s why pencils have erasers— we all make mistakes

What is a dream you have that you’ve yet to achieve?: Going to England to see one of my best friends. She has been to see me twice

What do you love most about your career? : The people! My customers & the girls that work with me are amazing
