Self Reflection and Dance Movement Workshop.
A 2-part evening of dance and motivation. An inspiring talk and exchange followed by a dance movement experience.
The workshop/dance movement comprises of two different components: 1) Beginning in a talking circle, where we will explore what makes us unique as individuals with our strengths and challenges. 2) The dance movement that follows is a guided fun exercise with creative movement and dance. The inspiring music tracks will take us through a journey to embody qualities of empowerment, confidence and self love. We will move from mellow to upbeat dance, ending with a guided visualisation on the yoga mat.
